Susan got her start in real estate as an investor, buying her first property in 2001. She caught the bug almost instantaneously and never looked back.
By 2004 Susan had acquired several more properties and launched her career in real estate, starting as an assistant to Raymond Carriere. It wasn’t long before she was licensed and selling on her own. By 2008 Susan had acquired her Brokers license and was managing a branch of one of the larger franchise brokerages. A desire to be in business for herself and a shared vision to build a real estate company unlike any other in the industry led her to partner with Tannis and begin Ethos.

My real estate passion began 11 years ago with the purchase of my first home. An exciting event made easier and even more enjoyable with the help of a REALTOR®.
